The submission of an order form and payment will be treated as an offer by you to purchase goods from us subject to these terms and conditions.

The prices on this website refer directly to specific products and the terms quoted. While we are happy to deliver a product that meets your requirements, additional printing or alternative product features will incur an additional cost.

We endeavor to despatch orders received before midday on the same day (Mon - Fri excl. bank holidays). Orders received after midday or at the weekend will be dispatched the next UK business day.

We have huge stocks but occasionally items go out of stock. If this happens we will notify you of the delay and offer an alternative, or you may choose to have a refund.

All goods are checked before despatch, but In the very unlikely event of any items in your order being damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of signing for the goods, giving details of the damaged items. We will then arrange for the damaged goods to be collected free of charge. When the items have been received by Pavement-Stands.co.uk. we will inspect the goods, and if damaged, they will be replaced free of charge without delay.

Pavement-Stands.co.uk reserve the right not to print any board where the contents are considered offensive, racist or in anyway inappropriate for use on a pavement stand.

If you wish to collect your order from us please advise when placing your order so that we do not ship your products and refund your delivery charge.

Pavement-Stands.co.uk and Platinum-Web Ltd accept no liability for any injury or claim resulting from the use of a pavement stand.
